explained the recommendation of the Comission's advisory committee.

403 OF THE BY-LAWS OF THE CARLSBAD
B. ACCEPTING HUD FUNDS FOR FY 19'80-81
OPERATIONS.
The Executive Director presented the staff
RESOLUTION NO. 5, ACCEPTING FUNDS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND THE CITY
81 OPERATIONS.

.REPORT OF .THE EXECUTIVE DIRE'CTOR:
Mr. Aleshire explained meetings would be
scheduled for the Commission to review programs
of the Housing & Redevelopment Department -- both current and those which are available.
Mr. Aleshire indicated this information would
be valuable to Council consideration of the
Housing Element of the General Plan to appear
before Council in October.
