The Meeting was convened at 7:28 p.m.
The following Comissioners were present:
Comissioners Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and
Prescott.
Student Comnissioners Marshall, Spano, Romero, Olson and Rajah.

Student Comnity Redevelopment Manager, Katherine Kentner, and Student Finance Director, Jeremy Newman, were introduced to represent staff on this item.
Chris Salomne, Comunity Redevelopment Manager, passed out T-shirts and caps with "The Village" insignia to all the Student Council Members.
Student Cornunity Redevelopment Manager, Katherine Kentner, announced the Redevelopment representatives
will be at the Spring Faire, May 1, to answer questions about the redevelopment of the City.
Miss Kentner introduced Student Finance Director, Jeremy Newman, who gave the staff report on this item, basically as contained in the Agenda bill.
Student Comnissioner Olson asked why the lowest bid
was not taken, as their point total was only two less than Conrad and Associates, their bid was $672 lower, and it would take less time to do the work.
Student Finance Director Newman replied it was felt Conrad and Associates were mre experienced and had better experience with HUD. The grant from HUD would pay the additional charge and no taxpayer mney would be wasted.
The Student Comission accepted the proposal of Conrad Marshall X and Associates for the two-year audit of the Carlsbad Span0 X Housing Authority. Romro xx Olson X AEromENT: X Rajah
