PUBLIC HEARING:
3. AB #43 - RF' 85-4 - AUSTIN-PACIFIC
Chris Salomne, Connnunity Redevelopment Manager, gave the staff report as mntained in the Agenda Bill, using a transparency to shaw the site, and a model to shm the proposed building and landscaping.
Conunissioner Casler opened the public hearing at
6:47 p.m. and issued the invitation to speak.
Jim Hirshberg, the applicant, addressed the Codssion, referring to the model on display.
Since no one else wished to speak on this item, the public hearing was closed at 6:48 p.m.
Housing and Redevelopment Connnission adopted the Casler X
following Resolution: Lewis X
