Minutes of the Special Meeting held July 23, 1985, were approved as presented.
Minutes of the Special Meeting held July 30, 1985, were approved as presented.

3. AB #48 - APPR3VAL OF OPERATING BUM;ET FOR REDmILlpMENT AGENCY.
Chris Salomne, Comunity Redevelopment Manager, gave
the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill.
Housing and Redevelopment Conanission adopted the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 55, @PROVING THE OPERATING BuDGGll OF
THE REDEVEZDPMENT AGENCY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
AND REQUESTING A IOAN FROM THE CITY OF CARLSBAD OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS.
4. AB #49 - APPROVAL OF OPERATING BUDGET - HOUSING
AUTHORITY.
Chris Salomne, Comnity Redevelopment Manager, gave the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill.
Housing and Redevelopment Comission adopted the following Resolution:
RESOUPTION NO. 56, APPROVING THE FINAL OPERATING BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86 FOR THE HOUSING AU'I'HORITY.
