APROVRL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Meeting held August 20, 1985, were Casler

PUBLIC HEARING:
3. AB #50 - Rp 85-11 - ROBINSON - Approval of a
Redevelopment Permit to allaw the construction of a
duplex at 3081 Madison Street in the Village
Redevelopment Area.
Chris Salomone, Comunity Redevelopment Manager, gave
the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill, using
a transparency to show the site.
Comnissioner Casler opened the public hearing at 7:lO p.m., and issued the invitation to speak. Since no one
wished to speak on this item, the public hearing was closed.
Housing and Redevelopment Commission adopted the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 057, APPFXMNG A REDEVELQPMEW PERMIT 20
CONSTRUCT A WPLEX AT 308 1 MADISON STREET.
DEPARTMEWTAL:

Acceptance of loan and approval of debt - change orders for Central Business District Storm Drain.
Chris Salomone gave the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill.
Housing and Redevelopment Cornmission adopted the
following Resolution:
RESOLUTION No. 058, APPROVING DEBT OF THE FEDEVELOEMEN"
AGENCY AM) REQUESTING A LQAN €TOM THE CITY FOR THE
NECESSARY F'UJSSDS.
