The following Commissioners were present:
Commissioners Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine and Mamaux.
Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine and Mamaux were
present.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the Meeting held January 27, 1987, were Lewis X

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. AB iI77 - AMENDMENT TO VILLAGE DESIGN MANUAL.
Chris Salomone, Community Redevelopment Manager, gave the
staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill.
Commissioner Lewis opened the public hearing at 6:20 p.m.,
and issued the invitation to speak. Since no one wished to
speak on this item, the public hearing was closed.
Housing and Redevelopment Commission adopted the following Lewis X

RESOLUTION NO. 082, TO AMEND THE VILLAGE DESIGN MANUAL. X Mamaux
