The Meeting was convened at 9:19 p.m.
The following Commissioners were present:
Commissioners Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
Larson.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Meeting held May 19, 1987, were approved Lewis xx Kul chin as presented.

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. AS 8083 - ELM AVENUE/CARLSBAD BLVD. STREETSCAPE
DESIGN CHANGE ORDER NO. 1.
Chris Salomone, Community Redevelopment fianager, gave
the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill, using
a transparency to show the storm drain location.
Commissioner Lewis opened the public hearing at 9:22
p.m., and issued the invitation to speak. Since no one
wished to speak on this matter, the public hearing was
closed .
Housing and Redevelopment Commission adopted the Lewis X
following Resolution: Kulch in xx

RESOLUTION NO. 089, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER EdO. 1 blamaux X
AENDING THE AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN OF THE ELM X Larson
AVENUE/CARLSBAD BLVD. STREETSCAPE AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS.
ADJOURNMENT:
