The following resolutions were read in full:
- Resolution #1, establishing Housing Authority of

Resolution #4, designating office of the Housing Motion Authority, was adopted. Ayes
Resolution #5, designating.tirne and place of the fegular meetings .of the Housing Authority was adopted as amended to read the first Tuesday of each and Motion every month. ,Ayes
By proper motion Mr. Olinghouse was appointed Motion Secretary .of the Housing Authority. Ayes
The Chairman questioned what the next step would be and Mr. Olinghouse st-ated the first'step was to make application to HUD on the low cost housing.
The Chairman requested that a step by step procedure. be prepared for the Housing Authority as to the work necessary in submitting the applicati.on to HUD.
Dire~tor McComas nominated Director Jardine as Vice Chairman. By the unanimous consent of the,'Authori ty, Director Jardine was designated Vice. Chair,man..
