ROLL CALL: Chairman Packard called the meeting to order at
4:30p.m. with all members present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The minutes of the meeting of June 20, 1978 were approved
as presented.
INFORMATION ITEMS:
(a) Minutes of Housing Commission meeting of June 30,
1978 were presented.
(b) Commissioner Hayes motion regarding proposition 13.
It was moved that staff be directed to send a letter to
all owners of properties under lease, expressing a hope that
the savings resulting from proposition 13 be shared.
(c) Contract for Audit letter. Advising the Housing Authority
that we are now accepting bids for audit.

MITTEN § ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
(a) Resolution No. 102; authorizing a lease extension for the
three two-bedroom units located at 951 Oak.
(b) 'Resolution No. 103; authorizing the Housing Authority of
the County of San Diego to conduct a residential rehabilitation
loan program in the area of operation of the Housing Authority
of the City of Carlsbad.

PAYMENT OF BILLS:
Authorization was made for payment of bills of the
Housing Authority in the amount of $38,294.20.
