ROLL CALL: Chairman Packard called the meeting to order at
10:45p.m. Councilwoman Casler absent other councilmen present,
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The minutes of the meeting of July '5, 1978 were approved as
presented. The comment was made that the ayes were missing
on first motion of the Housing Commission meeting minutes.

(a) Resolution No. 104, a resolution authorizing a rental increase MOTION X
for the twelve units at 3475 Roosevelt street. AYES X X
(b) Resolution No. 105, a resolution authorizing a rental increase MOTION X
for the seventeen units at 965 Laguna drive. AYES X X
(c) Resolution No. 106, a resolution authorizing a rental increase MOTION
for the twenty units at 2541 Jefferson street. AYES
(d) Resolution No. 107, a resolution authorizing a rental increase MOTION
for the thirty-five units at 3380 Harding street. AYES
(e) Resolution No. 108, a resolution approving execution of a MOTION
contract for performing an audit for the two fiscal years ending AYES
June 30, 1976 and June 30, 1978.

Authorization was made for payment of bills of the Housing
Authority in the amount of $47,268.47.
