HOUSING AUTHORITY

PLACE :Council Chambers
ROLL CALL: Chairman Packard called the meetincr to order
with all council members present. The meeting was called to
order at 7: 07p.m.
WRITTEN & ORAL COiyMUNICATIONS :
Councilman Anear moved for adoption of Resolution No. Ill of MOTION
the Carlsbad Housing Authority, Carlsbad, California, adopting AYES
salaries for the directors of the Carlsbad Housing Authority for NOES
the fiscal year 1978-1979. Mr. Bussey pointed out that the
salaries were identical to those adopted for the Miscellaneous
Employees, in terms of percentage increases, motion approved.
Resolution No. 112. A resolution of the Carlsbad Housing Authority, MOTION
Carlsbad, California, adopting salaries for the employees of the AYES
Carlsbad Housing Authority for the fiscal year 1978-1979. NOES
The resolution was approved as presented.
At this time Mr. Bussey indicated that Amy Villalobos had
been off for several weeks and would be off for several more
weeks. He indicated he had asked Mr. Robert Coles if he would,
as a contract employee, act as the Housing Director -for that
period of time. Mr. Coles has agreed.
MOTION: Councilman Skotnicki made a motion that Mr. Coles be MOTION
hired as a contract employee to assume the role of the Director AYES
of the Housing Authority until such time as Mrs. Villalobos NOES
returned. Motion was seconded and carried.
Mr. Bussey indicated that the staff is proceeding with re-
organization and would have a report the first meeting in
January 1979.
MOTION: Councilman Anear moved at this time that during the MOTION
term of Mr. Coles that Mr. Bussey be authorized as the AYES
second signatory for checks, along with Mayor Packard. NOES
Motion seconded and carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Meeting adjouned at 7: llp.m. by proper motion.
