ROLL CAT.T.; The meeting was called to order by Chairman Packard
at 6:25p.m. with all council members present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of the meeting of November 21,
1978 and minutes of meeting of December 19, 1978 were approved as
presented.
WRITTEN & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS; '
(a). Resolution No. 113. A resolution authorizing
Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contribut-
ions Contract Part I for existing housing prc
project numbers CA 16-E077-001, CA16-E077-003 and CA16-E077-004
providing for the. incorporation of said Part I
Section 8 Annual Contributions-Contract No. SF-535, and
authorizing the execution of a letter agreems
Section 23 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual
Contributions Contract No. SF-436
Resolution no. 113 was approved as presented.
At this time Commissioner Anear expressed his appreciation to
. Mr. Bob Coles for stepping in during Mrs. Villalobos1 absence.
