ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by
Chariman Packard with all commissioners present
with the exception of commissioner Lewis.
PRESENT X X X
MINUTES: The minutes of February 20, 1979, were presented
but not approved since the Special Meeting was called to
approve the following item only.
WRITTEN & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: At this time
the Secretary presented the correspondence from
the Department of Housing and Urban Development
dated March 26,1979, approving the merging" of the
City of Carlsbad and Housing Authority accounting
systems. She informed the commission that Mr. Jim
Elliott,_Finance Department, was available for more
information, if necessary.
