the meeting was called to order at 7s 35 p.m. by j4r». Russell
Sheffler, Secretary of the Building Committee. me meeting was
turned over to Mr. Robert Melvin, to present the library plans
which he reported to be proceeding according to the preliminary
schematic plans. Any changes will be incorporated into the final
drawings which are 95% complete.
Mr. 4elvin gave full details for the correction of a poor
soil condition which will increase the cost estimate by $4,000.
