OLD BUSINESS Store-front library- tors. uole prepared a report for City Council on this and ^ill Hill appeared at City Council meeting and defended proposal which was approved unanimously by the Council. At the moment, the library bran^Jj seems quite indefinite. Since the Board is firmly behind the idea, it was agreed that Mr. HiJ.1 and Mrs. Howard-Jones would discuss the problem with City Planning Director, Mr. Olinghouse. Bill Hill mentioned that his firm, Hughes -Aircraft Co., ^ceanside, Calif., has agreed to donate a desk and chair for the new branch.
