LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
October 2, 1972 - Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 4:10 P.M. with the following
members present: Chairman Brookhart, Father Driver, Dorothy Read, Georglna
Cole, Nancy Ricd and Dorothy Sheffler. > -
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Clayton Wiest's letter of resignation was accepted with regret and
names were suggested to fill this vacancy.
A priority 11st of items needed should Federal Revenue Sharing Funds
become available was compiled:
1. Opening of second mezzanine - cost $15,000.00. '

2. The difference between the amount requested for books -
1972-73 ($40,000.00) and the amount approved ($25,000.00).
cost $15,000.00
3. Clerk-typist position.
