Trustee Martin questioned the Serra Minutes and asked
Director Lange to explain the reimbursement law
regarding interlibrary loans. Director Lange stated

whether the collection of fees was legitimate. He said
this would be worked on and the issue resolved.

shelving for the mezzanine were cut from the budget and
the Friends of the Library will donate funds for those

to attend the ALA Conference in Chicago, especially to
study on-line catalogs and security systems.
