3. Approval of Minutes:
Minutes of Oversight Board of February 1, 2016 were approved with a vote of 5-0;
abstain by Kevin Crawford.
4. Public Comment
There were no comments from members of the public on items not listed on the
Agenda.
5. OB #2017-01 – Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) 17-18, and annual
budget
The Board received and considered the annual Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule
(ROPS 17-18) for the period from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, for the Successor Agency
to the former Carlsbad Redevelopment Agency, and the annual budget.
Action: The Board adopted Resolution No. 17-001 approving ROPS 17-18 and the
operational budget for FY2017-18, and authorize its submission to the Department of
Finance by February 1, 2017. Vote: 6-0.
6. Future Meetings and Agenda Items
The Board discussed future meetings of the Oversight Board and the county-wide
oversight Board intended to be implemented in 2018, per State regulations. The next
meeting of the Board is anticipated to be held in January, 2018

No additional reports or comments.
