The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Richardson at 4:10 P.M..

Also present was Mr. Vincent Biondo, City Attorney
The Chairman announced the meeting was'called for
the purpose of considering the First Amendment to ,
the Agreement for the expansion pf the Plaza
Camino Real regional shopping center.
The City Attorney informed the members of the
Authority a First Supplement to the. Agreement date(
November 5, 1975 has been prepared. It amends
Section 2.4 of Article 2 of the Agreement, which
will affect the amount thaf the City can expect
to get back from the property owners. The amount
per front foot is reduced from. $45.00 to $35.00 as
the additional water line is not needed. Reim-.
bursement from the property owners will only occur
at such time as a building permit is issued for
ecich parcel. Further, the time schedule has .not
been met and this will necessitate executing agree
ments modifying the time limits.
The City Attorney reviewed the Agreement and re-
sponded to questions imposed by members of the
Authori ty.
The Fi.rst Supplement to the Agreement dated
November 5, 1976", was approved and the Chairman of
the Parking Authority was authorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the Authority.
The City Manager was-authorized to execute agree--
ments on behalf of the Parking Authority and the
City of Carlsbad, modifying the time limits and
performance of Section.4.1 conditions.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion the meeting was adjourned at
4:20 P.M.
