Vice Chairperson Davidson called the Regular Meeting to order at 539 p.m.

ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Baker, the Agenda for December 13,1999
was approved as corrected, with Item #2 being moved from the Consent
Calendar to the Departmental Reports.
