The Chairman requested thRt the oppllaont clrrlfy the omership of tLa property under consideration in order to oomplete the file on the appliaRtian.
My, Stein informed the Commission that he Is not the present owner of the entire parael but retpins in his possession a sales option vhiah will be aote4.upon at the time the z?ppllcx?tion Is approvead, end such oopy will be presented to oomplete the file.

Madison nnd Roosevelt Streets wou%d-fall into the oatsgory of secondary streeta, thereby requiring a 66 foot right of my. Mr. Stein protested the proposed wldening of Rooaevelt Street at this t;Prne as he Informed the Coamlsslon that at the time of puscshase of the byle propertg,whiuh is looated at the owner of Grand Avenue ond Roosevelt Street, he had
agreed not to disturb the prevlous omere beoause of their ill henltht and that this agreement would make It Impossible to dedicate the reauired portion of thnt property for the widening of Boosevelt Street.
It was explained thnt the requested zone chmge for the easterly hrlf of Lot 32, Seaside Landa, had been recommended to be denled at this time as the present H-IT zoning on -the property would r1l.0~1 ftS development as off-street parking. It was agreed thpt the requested zone chmge for thls pxroal would be held in abeymoe, without ?r&Ju8fce, for n nerioa of approximately 60 days, with e hearing date to be Februnry 26, 19S7*

Chairman Swfrsky reviewed the reoommendntion8 as submitted by the Committee, and out lined the changes as agreed upon by the Commfsslon and the applimnt.
