In other matters brought up by Commissioners, Mr. Nelson stated that plans
for a drain at Raosevelt and Magnolia to alleviate the ponding of storm drainage at that; point, were in process, and that the Park & Recreation Commission has been asked to make a recommendstion to the Council re: the large tree in the alley behind Souaanvs Service Station, cmstituting a traffic hazardQ
