Mr, Bierce also presented drawings of signs similar to what they proposed to install. He stated that the signs would be non-flashing and would be controlled by a time clock which would be set for the signs to go off by 11:OO P.M; they proposed to have the large sign a double sign which would
be approximately 17 1/2 feet high, and would be placed inside the property line.
After considerable discussion, Comm. Fennel moved that Resolution No. 49
be adopted granting Item #1 of said variance request, subject to the following conditions:
