a, MI. HELGESEN, 3918 Garfield, staZed that he was present because of: a proposed trailer park on.the Lagoon fn the vicinity of Garfield Street. The Secretary stated
that an application for a trailer park had been received, and that a public hearing
on 8 Conditional Use Permtit to allow the trailer perk would be scheduled Ear the

The Secretary asked to be excused at 8:20 P,M. in order that he could attend to his
duties as City Clerk in connection with the bond election,
6- STUDY SESSION:
a. MR. THOMAS L. STREUTER, of Graham Bros., Sac., explained Che proposed plans
of his company for constructing an asphalt plant wlt6 ope~ations relative theretop
on property known as the Marron property; and stated that there was nothing they
could do until. the property was out of litigation, but as soon as it io they will
make application for M-L zoning and will. then ask for a Conditional Use Permit
for the plant,
bo Proposed planning prolects to be considered:
(I) Elm Awenu Extension: The necessity of deteming the centerlfne for " the extension sf Elm Avenue was dlscuesed, It was pointed out that this is necessary
SO that any con,tractor wishing to subdivide property in this area wallld have to dedicate to the City a street 84' in width instead of the 60' width that would be
otherwise requiredo
(2) Tamrack Avenue Extension: It was suggested that the extension of
Tamarack Avenue was as important as the extension of Elm Avenueo
