that there were various posraibilities for subdividing her land other than the plane shdr

were to be required, he thought the City should establish a definite policyb

After considerable discussion by the Coamission on this matter, it was moved by
Corm. Netka and seconded by Cam, Ward that Resolution No, 147 be adopted with the
exception of the sidewalk requirement in Item 10, recarmending to the City Cmcfl that
the tentatiw map of Avolamin Heights be approved. The Chairman asked €or a roll call

Cmsiderable discussion was given by the Coam%ssion to the desirability of
requiring sidewalks in the majority of subdivisims; however, it was the general opinion
that sane contrul ahauld be put on the requirements €or sidewalks in subdivisions, taking
into consideration the location and the width of the lotso The Chaisman appointed
Csmmisaimerra Miller and Zahlar as a Comittae to work with the Secretary and City
