/Letter dated October 13, 1966, from Justus C. iGilfillan, Janss Corporation, to Mr. Donald Schoelfl, :Planning Director, stating that in connection t I fwith the re-zoning of the Shelter Cove property : jto R-W Zone, it is understood that Lot 73 as well I :as several other lots are not to be placed in the t IR-W Zone. The Janss Corp. is willing that Lot 73 i :be re-zoned at a later time so that the uses per- i jmitted thereon will be compatible with the uses pe:r- :mitted on the surrounding prqperties. 1

There is a 15' sew-: ler easement on Lot 14, on the Southerly side. I :This access will not be for the general public but: Iwill be for those in this subdivision. Lot 13 was i jsold before Janss Corp. purchased the subdivision.: ;He stated that they will have a much better useab1;e jchannel that will be 150' wide. They propose to ; :dredge, widen and reduce the slope'of the banks i

!MR. CLAUD HELTON, 2760 Arland Road stated he has :property that is developed in the subdivision and : :is very much in favor of this zoning.
!MR.
