i a conditional use permit; the Kelly property tha was prezoned; and the parcel next to the Joint I Sewer Treatment Plant off Avenida Encinas. This i last site would be separated from-residential
i 20 acres there and the Company would like about areas by the railroad and freeway. There are abo
3 to 5 acres.
I 1 : The Planning Director asked the Cornmiss-ion to . study this so he could write a letter after the next Planning Commission meeting advising the i consultant of the Commission's opinion of a possibly suitable location.
