They were also opposed to "spot" zoning : i and asked the Commission to follow the City's i ; Master Plan. He stated they are in accord with : : the May Co. Complex and favored the neighhorhood i shopping center at Tamarack and Pi0 Pico, as pro-: : posed. They favored the planning of the downtown! -! business section where the traffic can be handled; : and the the elimination of vacant buildings.
