Edwards referenced Resolution No. 1967, Item S; and Resolution No. 1958, Condition 26, regarding the median, and requested clarification of 1a•. He indicated that a portion of the overall median would be a traffic hazard, and expre11ed his opinion that the median strip should be built in its entirety. Mr. Edwards continued that the median does not improve the traffic character on El Camino Rea I. He added tha · a future rai1ed ~edian would be a benefit to the Reneral public 11nd 1ho11ld not be a11e11t1ed against the adj11cent property owners.
