Also he questioned the lll!dian oo El Camino Real, stating there are special ti.Jaes when traffic could bade 14> if a raised nedian were used and this could beCXXle dangerous. Another question by Mr. Grahan was oo the bonding for the iJlproYements. Be suggested they would sign an agre-nt and if and when Engineering decided the median 1188 to go in, they would bond foe it at that time. Mr. Grahm felt he might have to be p!!ying for the bondB for ten years befcre the iap.:oo&L..its would go in. wal.ter Brown ansuend that the median problem would be taken care of at the design piase.
