APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Joint Special Meeting held August 22, 2017.
Motion by Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn, seconded by Council Member M. Schumacher, to approve
the minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously, 5/0.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
10. AGREEMENT FOR GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS -Adopt a resolution
authorizing the Chairman to execute a five-year agreement for golf course management and
operations with JC Management, in an amount not to exceed $270,000 per agreement year.

ACTION: Per staff's request, this item was continued to a date uncertain.
PUBLIC HEARING: None.
DEPARTMENTAL AND EXECUTIVE MANAGER REPORT: None.
