1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the March 2, 1981 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. HIGHLAND AND FOREST - REQUEST FOR STOP SIGNS
The Commission recommended that the "Yield" sign be replaced with a "Stop"
sign due to the limited visibility at the southern intersection.
Commission also recommended to install a "Stop" sign on Highland at the
northern intersection because of the poor sight distance.

3. SEGOVIA - REQUEST FOR SPEED SIGNS
The Commission agreed with staff's recommendation against any change at this time.
4. JEFFERSON AND LAS FLORES - REQUEST FOR SIGNAL
The Commission denied this request because the intersection does not meet the warrants for a signal or 3-Way stop at this time.

5. WEST BLUFF PLAZA - REQUEST FOR MEDIAN OPENING FOR LEFT-TURN LANES
Due to the fact that there are signals at Dove and Alga on El Camino Real, the Commission denied this request. work with the owner on internal circulation. The Commission instructed staff to
6. JEFFERSON AND LAGUNA - REQUEST FOR RED CURB
The Commission reconmended painting red curb on the west side of Jefferson, north of the intersection, for poor sight distance.
7. GRAND - DIAGONAL PARKING
The Commission reviewed the traffic consultant's recommendation to retain the diagonal parking of Grand Avenue on the north side of the street and stripe or sign the south side of Grand Avenue for parallel parking. The Conmission, at the suggestion of the City Engineer, recommended that diagonal parking should be removed in the future when the ADT on Grand Avenue reaches a volume of 6,000 vehicles per day.
