APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the September 14, 1981 meeting were approved as sub- mitted except for a sentence under Item 3. the deletion of the following sentence from Item 3 at the request of
Mr. Angarola, "The property owner stated he might consider alternate grading on his property".
The Chairman asked for

ELM 6 JEFFERSON - REQUEST FOR A FOUR-WAY STOP
The Commission did not recornend installing a four-way stop at this time, Staff is to keep this intersection under surveillance.
RIDGECREST 6 SEACREST - REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL AT INTERSECTION
The Commission recommended that staff issue work orders to cut back the shrubbery for better sight distance, and install a stop sign on Sea- crest. Staff is also going to take a speed study in the area, and check into the possibility of installing sidewalk on the southwest corner. Staff will report back to the Commission at the next meeting.

5. STREETSCAPE REVIEW
The Commission was presented a discussion of the Streetscape:
1. The Commission expressed concern about trucks turning at corners may emerience difficulties. cient maneuvering room was available.
The Commission was concerned about the bicycle lane on Grand. Alternatives such as removal of bicycle lane, signing a bike route only, and utilizing a separated lane were discussed.
