EUREKA PLACE - REQUEST FOR ONE-WAY STREET The Committee denied this request at this time. The Police will continue making Eureka Place a temporary one-way street during special events. JEFFERSON ST. & LAGUNA DR. - REQUEST FOR FOUR-WAY STOP The Committee recmended not making this intersection a four-way stop at this time. Speed surveys, traffic accident records and traffic distribution does not warrant a four-way stop. to enforce speeding on Jefferson Street and the Engineering Department will continue to monitor the intersection for any traffic accident pattern.
