APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the July 21, 1986 meeting were approved as presented.
CLOSURE OF GARFIELD ST. BETWEEN ELM AN0 GRAND AVENUE
Recommend to Traffic Safety Commission to close Sarfield between Elm and Grand Avenue and convert to a Public Parking Lot.
LA COSTA MEADOWS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - REQUEST FOR STOP SIGN, TRAFFIC
SIGNAL, E CROSSWALK
Recommend to Traffic Safety Comnission that the requests for stop signs, a crosswalk, and traffic signal be denied. upon completion of improvements of Alga east of El Fuerte.
Cross-walk shall be painted
DOWNTOWN 2-HOUR PARKING LIMIT
Recommend to Traffic Safety Commission to deny 2-Hour narking limit on
Madison and Roosevelt Street.
SPEEDING CARS ON CHESTNUT AVENUE
Police should continue to enforce Prima Facie Speed Limit, and "Stop Ahead" warning signs and legend should be installed prior to stop sign.
NO PARKING FOR ONE SIDE OF PALISADES DRIVE NEAR TAMARACK AVENUE.
Recommend to Traffic Safety Commission that parking be restricted to the southerly side of Palisades Drive.
ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE
Recommend to Traffic Safety Commission to recommend an Animal Control
Ordinance to City Council. County's Ordinance without havinp to adopt its own-or- is the state
going to adopt such an ordinance in the near future?

the Engineering Conference Room at 2075 Las Palmas at 3:OO P.M.
