Foundation Excavations are in compliance with the geotechnical recommendations, care should be taken to
remove an loose soil/slough in trenches before pouring. The backfill for what is apparently the sewer cleanout for
Unit I 5 has sloughed into excavation and needs to be removed before concrete is poured. Soil should be moist
when concrete is poured.
