GRANT DEED OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
RANCHO CARLSBAD OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., ("Grantor"), the owner of real property
described herein located in the City of Carlsbad, San Diego County, California ("Property") hereby GRANTS
to City of Carlsbad, a Municipal Corporation ("Grantee")
the following described real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California:
AN EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES ("Easement") to: construct,
maintain, operate, repair and replace a pedestrian bridge and abutting areas including, but not limited
to, sidewalk, cobblestone and fencing, and utilities and structures associated with the pedestrian
bridge including, but not limited to, erosion control facilities, gates, doors, locking devices, and lights,
within the bounds of said Easement, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" consisting of one (1)
page, attached hereto and made a part hereof. (Exhibit "B" is attached hereto consisting of one (1)
page for clarity only.)
