Council adjourned into Closed Session at 2:04 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in
the matter of:
North County Advocates v. City of Carlsbad Case No. 37-2019-00042954-CU-MC-NC,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d){l).
