1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of
litigation of one case pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4).
Council Action: The City Council authorized the City of Carlsbad to join in a petition for
review of a declaratory ruling of the Federal Communications Commission. – 4/0.
