WATER CONSERVATION FEATURES
1. CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE SOIL SAMPLES ANALYZED BY WALLACE LABS TO TO
TEST FOR AGRICULTURAL SUITABILITY, SUCH TEST WILL IDENTIFY BOTH
DESIRABLE AND DETRIMENTAL SOIL PROPERTIES. SOILS LAB WILL RECOMMEND
APPROPRIATE SOIL AMENDMENTS WHICH CONTRACTOR WILL USE WHEN
INSTALLING PLANT MATERIAL.
2. PLANTS SELECTED FOR THIS PROJECT ARE LOW WATER AND WILL WORK WITH
THE SUN EXPOSURE OF THIS PROPERTY. TREES WILL PROVIDE SHADE AND
ACCENTUATE ARCHITECTURE.
3. ALL IRRIGATION SYSTEMS ON THIS PROJECT WILL BE DRIP IRRIGATION -THIS
WILL BOTH SAVE WATER AND WILL WATER DEEPLY WITH MINIMAL RUN-OFF,
WHICH WILL RESULT IN OPTIMAL PLANT GROWTH.
