Assistant City Attorney Walter Chung read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:00 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6)
City Negotiators: Elaine Lu key, Chief Operations Officer, Laura Rocha, Deputy City Manager,
Administrative Services; Judy Von Kalinowski, Human Resources Director; Mike Calderwood,
Fire Chief; Nick Ordille, Assistant Fire Chief; Darrin Schwabe, Human Resources Manager;
Debbie Porter, Senior Management Analyst; and Tim Davis, Partner, Burke Williamson &
Sorensen.
Employee Organization: CFA and Unrepresented Management Employees.
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent
or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the
agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of Dec. 10, 2019 was adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
