Gravity Retaining Wall Inspection located in Rear Yard of
1849 High Ridge Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008.
I inspected the Verdura 30 gravity retaining wall in the rear yard of the above referenced
project. The gravel leveling bed, wall stack, geogrid location, both vertically and
horizontal extent, and backfill were all performed per the requirements of Verdura 30
gravity retaining wall, ESR-3073.
I hereby state that the Verdura 30 gravity retaining wall was constructed in substantial
conformance to the approved calculations and plans prepared by Soil Retention Designs,
Inc. as part of the building permit.
