Since the subject Conditional Use Permit (CUP} is subject to expiration, AT&T wireless is required by the City of Carlsbad to process a renewal of the CUP. No project modifications are proposed at this time, although the City may or may not suggest project modifications as a result of the permit review process. Any project modifications to the existing AT&T facility would require owner/representative consent prior to the implementation of any site changes.
