This is response to Code Compliance Notification dated March 12,2014, Also letter dated April 24. 2014 from the Housing & Neighborhood Services Director of the City of Carlsbad. This is to get approval for the land use and once obtained, the owner will initiate the building permit process for the water tanks as per municipal building codes for such construction.
