AB #21,823 — Approval of Resolution No. 2015-001, rejecting all bids from request for Bid #15-03 Parks Maintenance Services, and approving amendments to amend, extend, and fund the existing contracts with Nissho of California, Inc., and Westturf Landscape Management, Inc., for a period of 180 days to re -bid these services.
