pursuant to Part 61 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, or the successor to

Beach King, Inc has purchased the above referenced property and has contracted with Shandyl
Construction to build the new structure Shandyl Construction will contract with a sub-
contractor to demolish and remove all the existing structures on the property and haul away all
the debris in compliance with the Haul Route as required by the Engineering Department A copy
of the permit is attached
