Dear Mr Rutland:
San Diego Gas & Electric has received written notification from the City of Carlsbad (copy
attached) that the electrical service to 2625 Acuna Court is in violation of Section 18.1 2 of
the Municpal Code and is likely to pose a hazard to life and/or property, requiring removal of
the meter and service.
In accordance with Sections B & D of our Rule #11, San Diego Gas & Electric will discontinue
service in 7 calendar days, on November 26, 1992.
To avoid discontinuance of service, we will need written confirmation from the City that
corrections have been made to the wiring prior to the expiration of the 7-day period. Should
the service be discontinued, we will also need written authorization from them to restore the
electric service.
