ORDINANCE NO. NS-486
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE REVISION
OF SECTION 10.40.041 TO ESTABLISH NO PARKING FROM
12:OO MIDNIGHT TO 5(00 A.M. ON THE WEST SIDE OF
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD FROM SHORE DRIVE (SOUTH) TO A
POINT 345 FEET SOUTHERLY OF MANZANO DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title IO, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code i:
8 )I by the addition of Section 10.40.041 (b)(4) to read as follows:

''m On the west side of Carlsbad Boulevard between Shore Drive
(south) and a point 345 feet southerly of Manzano Drive there will
be no parking between 12:OO midnight and 500 a.m."
11 EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it
l2 and the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
13 be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carls
14 fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
15 INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council t-
16 11th day of May , 1999, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C 17
held on the 18 thday of May , 1999 by the following vote, to wit:
