1211 SECTI'BN 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect
ORDINANCE NO. 9217
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, PREZdNING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY TO C-M IN THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That certain real property located in the County
of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as:
Portions of Lot F, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, in the County of San Diego, State of California; more parti cufarly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
is hereby prezoned C-M as said zone is described in Ordinance No.
9060 of the City of Carlsbad.

SECTION 3. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of

Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published
once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 16th day of July, 1968, and finally passed, approved and
adopted at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Neiswender, McComas, Dunne, Jardine and
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
