AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21,
CHAPTER 21.95 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
TO CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN SECTIONS
21.95.030(4) AND 21.95.040(a) AND (b).

6 ordain as follows:
7 SECTION I: That Title 21, Chapter 21.95 of the Car

Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 21.95.0
to read as follows:
